Job Description

Capitol Bridge's Isabela, Puerto Rico site invites talented individuals to join us as Help Desk Operator Intermediate to support an important government project. In this role, you will be a key player in providing essential IT support to our organization. As a mid-level team member, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in troubleshooting issues, assisting users with technical inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our help desk operations. This is an ideal position for individuals passionate about IT, offering growth opportunities within a supportive and collaborative work environment. This position is contingent to contract award and successful completion of Security and background requirements.


$500 Sign-On Bonus!
Candidates who join the onsite team after receiving security clearance are eligible for a $500 bonus! The bonus will be paid after you complete 90 days of employment.


Salary: $16.54 p/h

Hours of Operation: 8am - 6pm EST Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support services to the client’s registrant community.
  • Respond to customer issues utilizing problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps to resolve the issue.
  • Provide first-tier support to end users for call support and resolve less complex problems immediately.


Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
  • Seven (7) years of experience with two (2) years as a customer support services operator/analyst.
  • A multilingual speaker is a plus.
