Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Information Technology center in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will serve as the vital link between our technical team and business stakeholders ensuring that complex application development processes meet the highest standards. This role requires strong analytical skills technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration Specifications: Define and document configuration specifications and business analysis requirements to guide the development team.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance to ensure that developed applications meet the business needs and technical specifications.
• Reporting and Alerts: Define reporting and alerting requirements to monitor system performance and address issues proactively.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners working closely with them to optimize and enhance system integration.
• System Processes: Help design document and maintain system processes ensuring that they align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Technical Issue Reporting: Identify common sources of technical issues or questions and provide recommendations to the product team for improvements.
• Insight Communication: Communicate key insights and findings to the product team facilitating informed decisionmaking.
• Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek ways to improve system monitoring discover issues early and deliver better value to customers.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience: 8 years of experience as a TechnoFunctional Business Analyst with a strong background in IT.
• Educational Background: A degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in eliciting requirements performing testing and providing technical support throughout the application development process.
• Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze data draw businessrelevant conclusions and utilize data visualization techniques and tools effectively.
• SQL Proficiency: Solid experience in writing and executing SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
• Language Skills: Native Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing capabilities.
• Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
