Job Description

Our client a real estate development and investment firm are looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join their Dublin team.

The Role:
  • Develop and review financial models and acquisition underwriting for each development venture.
  • Preparation of investment committee proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Determine optimal cash flow management for each vehicle including use of debt/equity.
  • Assist the Development Director in creation of acquisition pipeline.



Requirements

  • 3 years experience working in Corporate Finance/ transaction based environment.
  • Recently qualified ACA/ACCA/CFA or fully completed all exams.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical acumen.
  • Self starter and ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a dynamic team.

3-4 years' experience with background in finance, property law or real estate development Previous experience negotiating and closing residential sales contracts with purchasers. Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and project management skills. Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate as part of a team.
