Job Description

As our Personal Injury Attorney you ll play a vital role in advocating for our clients ensuring they get the compensation they deserve. You ll handle every phase of personal injury cases from that first client meeting to negotiating settlements with insurance companies all the way through to trial when necessary. Your expertise and negotiation skills will be key to helping our clients regain their peace of mind.


Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active state bar membership in California.

Minimum 25 years of experience in personal injury law with a strong background in negotiating settlements.

Proven track record of successful personal injury case outcomes.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable settlements for clients.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Experience in litigation and trial work is a plus.

Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.



Requirements

Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.

Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice on personal injury matters.

Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Draft pleadings motions and other legal documents.

Represent clients in court and during mediation/arbitration proceedings as needed.

Collaborate with other attorneys paralegals and legal assistants within the firm.

Ensure timely communication with clients regarding case status legal options and next steps.

Stay updated on relevant laws regulations and legal precedents.
