Employment Law Associate

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Associate with 24 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling employment law matters a passion for advocating for clients and the ability to manage cases from start to finish. You will be responsible for providing highquality legal services to both employees and employers on a wide range of workplace issues.

Active bar membership in California.

24 years of employment law experience with a strong understanding of state and federal employment regulations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively advocate for clients in court and negotiations.

Excellent research analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Experience with depositions discovery and courtroom advocacy is preferred.

Requirements

Represent clients in employment disputes including discrimination harassment wage and hour claims and wrongful termination.

Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and other court documents.

Manage discovery including drafting and responding to discovery requests and taking/defending depositions.

Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and represent clients in mediations.

Advise clients on employmentrelated issues including compliance with federal state and local laws.

Attend hearings arbitrations and trials as necessary.

Stay current on employment law developments and trends to ensure the best legal advice for clients.

Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client management.
