Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple automation projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and design electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Write and implement Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) code.
- Mentor and oversee junior technicians.
- Wire and assemble electrical panels.
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of new machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Robotic Automation Electrical Engineering ElectroMechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in robotic automation and motion control programming.
- Minimum of five years working with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
- Over one year of experience creating electrical schematics with AutoCAD.
- Proven track record of reliability and solid work history.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder.
- Ability to reside within a 45minute commute from Wausau Wisconsin.
