• Handling the litigation of a caseload from inception to trial.
• Engaging in court deposition and motion appearances in NY.
• Mentoring Junior Associates.

Experience you will need:

• At least 8 years of experience in plaintiffs personal injury litigation.
• Experience in the litigation of Labor Law (Construction injury) cases is a definite plus.
• Proven experience in New York construction law accident cases as well as premises cases.
• Admitted to practice in New York.
