Job Description
Possess working knowledge of Oracle Database and MS SQL Database, ensuring efficient data management and system functionality.
Ability to check the CACHE script related to reports to fix issues reported by users on custom reports, automated tasks, extraction reports, etc. that were developed by our team.
Login to Windows Servers and install necessary applications, modify registry key, manage application services.
Should be able to troubleshoot minor issues reported on custom development done in ASP.NET (VB, C#).
Ability to run queries in SQL and Oracle databases to extract and update data.
Should be able to create and modify crystal reports.
Should be able to address application-related issues and enhancements raised/requested by End User department by either providing workarounds or coordinating with the concerned parties (other ICT Teams) in fulfilling/addressing the requirement/issue respectively, including effectively communication, providing remote access, and managing the change (patch, update, or new implementation) as the Application Focal point.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related Engineering/Business field.
• Minimum 9 years of progressive and directly related experience.
