Salary:

• Income Guarantee: $198900 CAD plus additional bonuses and benefits

Bonuses:

• Signing Bonus: $100300 to $149600 CAD

• Geographic Retention Bonus: $5100 to $37400 CAD

• Remoteness Bonus: $17000 CAD

Responsibilities:

• Manage a patient roster with the support of a collaborative care team.

• Provide exceptional highquality patient care in the Exploits region.

• Offer flexible clinic hours including daytime afterhours and weekends to meet patient needs.

• Use the EMR Med Access platform for documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be licensed (full or provisional) to practice by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador.

• Must be granted privileges by NL Health Services Central Zone.

• Provisionally licensed physicians must comply with oversight and monitoring requirements.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary is based on years of clinical experience and paid in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement for salaried physicians in Newfoundland and Labrador.
