**CDLA Truck Driver Redeemed Logistics Competitive Pay & Home Time**
**Position Overview:**
Redeemed Logistics is seeking dedicated CDLA Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to primarily traverse the Midwest and East of I35 with the flexibility to cover all 48 states based on our customers needs. Our drivers handle truckload and multistop/LTL temperaturecontrolled loads ensuring timely and safe deliveries. With a commitment to driver choice NYC and the 5 boroughs are not forced dispatch locations.
**Home Time:**
Drivers east of the Mississippi River: Home every 2 weeks (14 days)
Drivers west of the Mississippi River: Home every 3 weeks (21 days)
South FL Drivers must be willing to park the truck at the Winter haven Terminal when they go on home time
*** South FL Drivers must be willing to stay out on the road 3 weeks at a time
**Compensation:**
$0.62 CPM (includes a $0.10 CPM per diem)
Weekly Guarantee: $1250
Average Miles: 2087
Top 50% Average Mile: 2697
Average Gross: $1550
Top 50% Average Gross: $1740
Comprehensive benefits package (details provided separately)
**Orientation & Equipment:**
Location: De Pere WI
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays 3 days
Orientation Pay: $125 per day
Comprehensive introduction to all departments
Training on ELD and Geotab
Road test and functional assessment
Lunch provided
**Qualifications**
- 2 years CDLA Experience in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 Jobs in the last 12 months
- No more than 9 Jobs in the past 3 years
Fleet includesmodel Peterbilt 579 Ultralofts and KW T680s (subject to availability)
All trucks equipped with APUs (ThermoKing and some Carriers) refrigerators power inverters
Trucks governed at 70 MPH featuring outwardfacing cameras only
trucks powered by PACCAR motors with less than 50 2024 trucks featuring CUMMINS motors
Truck preference considered but based on availability
