Job Title: Home Health Admission RN Weekends
Location: Moosic PA
Job Type: FullTime
Salary Rate: $75000/yr

Responsibilities:
- Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the care team
- Deliver quality patient care
- Meet critical deadlines for charting
- Selfmanage time and schedule
- Utilize tablets mobile phones and EMR software
Qualifications:
Required
- Associate degree or higher
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- Practice Partner EMR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Have you applied to or worked for Residential Healthcare Group anytime in the last 6 months (no)
Preferred
- Please provide your RN License Number.
Schedule and Shift Details
FridaySunday or Saturday to Monday *completing 3 Admissions/day so roughly 8am6pm.
