We are looking for a Course Coordinator who will work in our offices in Powai Mumbai and supports us in making sure our language courses are running smoothly.
Tasks
- Contact person for students and teachers for all language course related questions
- Student attendance tracking and absence management
- Assisting with performance reporting
- Technical support for students and teachers (Laptops Internet on campus LingodaPlattform etc.)
- Printing and distributing course materials
- Weekly online meetings with Lingoda
- Proactively escalating challenges and implementing solutions in cooperation with Lingoda
- Monitoring students during self study time in case of teachers absence
Requirements
- You are driven selforganized and techsavvy
- English language skills (C1)
- German language skills (B2) advantageous
- You have experience as a Project Manager coordinator or similar role
- You are available 6 hours/day and on site in Powai Mumbai
- You can legally work as a freelancer and have a bank account that can receive international payments
