About the Project: Youll be part of a worldleading project that supports business travelers across 60 countries. Your work ensures that travelers have a seamless experience from booking flights and hotels to navigating their trips smoothly.
Your Daily Tasks: In this role youll deliver hightouch customer care helping business travelers book flights hotels and train travel. Your goal is to ensure they arrive at their destinations refreshed and get back home on time ready to enjoy life with family and friends.
Qualifications:
- Dutch language skills at C1 level or higher with strong English proficiency.
- EU citizenship or Bulgarian Residence Card is required.
- Experience in travel airline or hospitality industries is preferred.
- Customer support experience particularly in a call center is a plus.
- Excellent communication organizational and decisionmaking skills.
- A positive teamoriented approach.
