Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement

Cruise Planning
- Design and coordinate cruise itineraries ensuring seamless experiences from departure to return.
- Handle all aspects of the cruise booking process including accommodations excursions and any special requests.
Destination Expertise
- Stay informed on the latest cruise destinations ships and industry trends to offer clients the most uptodate information.
- Make tailored suggestions for destinations and activities based on clients interests.
Training and Development
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in cruise planning.
- Attend webinars and workshops provided by vendors and suppliers to stay current in the industry.
Client Satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service before during and after the cruise to ensure a memorable experience.
- Address any issues that arise promptly and professionally maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively.
- Basic computer skills and access to a reliable internet connection; a smartphone is required and a laptop is recommended.
- A passion for cruises and personal travel experience is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
