Job Description
An industry leading multidisciplinary team is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer for their Cleveland team!
Responsibilities:
- Project/Client management
- Business development (prepare proposals/administer project contracts)
- Plan/manage design process
- Use technical expertise regarding local/national building codes/design practices
- Supervise staff
- Design new building structures structural alterations renovations and additions to existing buildings
- Prepare structural assessment reports
- Design/detailing of structure (calculations/computer modeling for steel concrete masonry and timber structures)
- Manage/coordinate projects
- Perform site reviews/construction administration services during the construction phase
- Ensure designs adhere to QA/QC standards
- Attend client meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Master s degree preferred
- 8 years of Structural Design Experience
- PE License preferred
- Working knowledge of structural analysis/design software (REVIT RISA 3D RISA Floor ADAPT)
Salary is commensurate with experience.
