About the Role:

The Veeva Business Systems Analyst is responsible for driving improvements in processes and technologies used by our teams (content development curriculum development user management reporting etc.). This role involves close collaboration with global business teams to define scalable processes implement solutions manage project plans and oversee release management. You will also serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for various application platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture the business context including problem definition current state objectives business case and desired future state.
  

• Develop detailed business user process and system requirements (both functional and nonfunctional).
  

• Establish traceability to the business vision and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Serve as the liaison between business users and the project team facilitating discovery sessions and workshops.
  

• Act as the project manager for solution implementation identify stakeholders assess risks define schedules and communicate updates effectively.
  

• Provide technical and functional expertise for learning management systems and across various application platforms.
  

• Lead the design development and testing of enhancements aligned with internal business requirements.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement system and process improvements.
  

• Provide enduser training document all changes and maintain technical documentation including release notes.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Information Systems Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  

• Candidate should have prior Life Science project experience in GxP environments
  

• 3 years of experience in application requirements gathering and design.
  

• Handson experience with learning management systems including configuration and administration.
  

• Familiarity with various training delivery methods and formats.
  

• Strong business analysis and project management skills including experience in release management.
  

• High proficiency in verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
  

• Proven ability to manage multiple activities or projects concurrently.
  

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fastpaced and changing environment.
  

• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  

• Comfortable working with personnel across all levels of an organization.
  

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience implementing Veeva Vault application
  

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  

• Experience with Articulate and other training platforms
