Job Description
- Supervision and Management:
- Lead and manage a team of wildlife control officers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Schedule and assign daily tasks, ensuring efficient coverage and response to wildlife control incidents.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations.
- Wildlife Control Operations:
- Oversee the humane trapping, relocation, and management of wildlife in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential wildlife hazards and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Respond to emergency wildlife situations, coordinating resources and personnel as needed.
