Client Service Attorney

Our partner a legal leading firm in Continental US is hiring multiple Client Service
Attorneys based in Puerto Rico. This role is crucial in ensuring a strong
and successful attorneyclient relationship. These positions rely heavily on
effective professional and patient communication with our clients. The
Client Service Attorney guides clients through the complexities of their cases.

Salary range: $60K $65K

Responsibilities:

• Maintain rapport and serve as the primary point of contact for clients with a proactive and consistent communication.
• Guide clients through the litigation process ensuring they understand of the information and stages.
• Monitor timelines and deadlines to ensure timely updates to clients
• Maintain structured cadence for client followup to ensure an optimal client experience
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys for optimal efficiency.
  
  

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar license in Puerto Rico or US States Bar
• Willing to work a 1:00PM10:00PM schedule.
• Onsite
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience with clientfacing communication
• Strong proficient in English and Spanish (Verbal & Written)
