They are looking for a qualified person to lead their automotive sales business and responsible for the BMW and MINI brands. The incumbent will oversee the marketing CRM and sales departments. Through proper management of staff the incumbent has to achieve an agreed sales volume target for new cars in the Company market observation area. He/She should exploit potential to the full and secure the revenues of the Company. The aim should be to use highquality service and professional customer care to bind customers and potential customers to the BMW and MINI marque to the Company and to the sales consultant in person. The customer base of the Company must be secured and continuously extended through intensive marketing.
