Job Description

Our client is a large diversified business conglomerate dealing in the automotive fooe & beverage industrial and manufacturing media and advertising and real estate operations. They are looking for a qualified person to lead their automotive sales business and responsible for the BMW and MINI brands. The incumbent will oversee the marketing CRM and sales departments. Through proper management of staff the incumbent has to achieve an agreed sales volume target for new cars in the Company market observation area. He/She should exploit potential to the full and secure the revenues of the Company. The aim should be to use highquality service and professional customer care to bind customers and potential customers to the BMW and MINI marque to the Company and to the sales consultant in person. The customer base of the Company must be secured and continuously extended through intensive marketing.


Sales Planning:

  • To analyse market potential and ensure exploitation of that potential opportunity.
  • To set qualitative and quantiative targets for prospecting sales and customer care including sales tactical campaigns


Personnel management in Sales:

  • To plan personnel requirements in Sales (recruitment / dismissal).
  • To motivate and educate sales personnel on product knowledge and competitors comparison


Sales Supervision (NC):

  • To monitor standards / guideline values for NC Sales assist sales to close for NC Sales and finance approval
  • To drive and monitor sales via sales force system.
  • To be responsible for the showroom CI retail standard
  • To monitor KPI achievements set by Principal Brand and set improvement measures on results


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering Business Administration or Management.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the automobile industry and at least 3 years experience in a managerial position.
  • Working experience as luxury car sales marketing manager will be an advantage.
  • Should possess good leadership skills.
  • Should possess a strong commitment to achieve.
  • Possess own transport and a valid class 3 driving licence.
