Job Description
Comprehensive understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM): In-depth knowledge of the principles and foundations of Building Information Modeling, especially in the structural domain.
Proficiency in using BIM-specific software: Experience in using modeling software such as Revit, Tekla Structures, and Navisworks to design and analyze structural models.
Structural Design and Analysis: Ability to design and analyze structural elements using BIM tools, and apply structural principles to models.
Drawing Preparation and Coordination: Ability to prepare and coordinate structural drawings from 3D models and ensure their accuracy and quality.
Understanding of Standards and Specifications: Knowledge of engineering standards and specifications related to structural design and information modeling.
Communication and Coordination: Strong communication skills with other engineering teams, designers, and contractors to ensure model integration and compatibility.
