Job Description
Comprehensive understanding of architectural design: In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles and practices, including building design, space planning, and architectural detail coordination.
Proficiency in architectural software: Experience in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Archicad, as well as 3D design software.
Design team management: Ability to lead and direct design teams to ensure the delivery of integrated projects that meet established objectives and standards.
Design evaluation and analysis: Ability to analyze and evaluate architectural designs, and provide creative solutions to improve performance and quality.
Understanding of standards and specifications: Knowledge of local and international architectural standards and specifications and ensuring adherence to them throughout all design phases.
Project management: Ability to plan, organize, and manage architectural design projects, including preparing schedules, managing budgets, and coordinating activities.
