Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer

Knowledge of Quality Principles and Controls: Thorough understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles and controls, including quality assessment methods and improvement procedures.

Proficiency in using quality tools and techniques: Experience using tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001, and statistical analysis techniques such as SPSS or Minitab.

Performing inspections and assessments: Ability to perform accurate quality inspections and assessments on products or processes, identifying defects and potential problems.

Developing and implementing quality procedures: Ability to develop and implement quality procedures and standards and ensure teams adhere to them.

Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze quality-related data, and provide detailed reports on performance and areas for improvement.

Effective communication: Strong communication skills to interact with technical and management teams, and provide recommendations and reports clearly.
