ABOUT THE POSITION:

Subspecialty Surgical Retina

Reason for Adding Job Doctor relocating

Practice Management Full time Administrator

Relocation Bonus Offered Yes

Vacation/PTO 3 weeks 13 years; 4 weeks 3 years

Start Date TBD Open to timing

Hospital Call No

MD Experience Requirement Open to Residents Need to be able to adapt to 30 cases / week quickly

Compensation 35% collections w 1st year guarantee at 350K (PTO/ 401K/ Full Medical Dental)

Signon Bonus Yes

Practice Location Lake Havasu AZ

MD Or Corporate Owned Private Equity

ASC 1 ASC with multiple rooms

Staff and Support Team Tenured

MDs on Staff 5

ODs on Staff 2

Partnership Opportunity Negotiable

OD Network Yes

Research Yes will discuss

Refractive Surgery Lasik Yes
