Senior Care Assistant (Days). Telford Hall Care Home
- £12.97 per hour
- Full time 3/4 days per week
- 7am7pm shifts

As a Senior Care Assistant at our home your role may involve:
- undertaking any necessary training
- supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene eating and getting involved with daily activities
- providing emotional support and companionship
- supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life focussed on their individual hobbies preferences and abilities
- maintaining high standards within the care home environment
- Seniorlevel duties to support the Home Manager which may involve: staff supervisions appraisals recordkeeping liaising with outside professionals interviewing etc.

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
What are we looking for
- Supervisory/leadership experience in a residential or nursing home setting
- A positive outlook and warm personality
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
- Confident in recordkeeping and the use of various technologies
- Able to remain calm and guide colleagues under pressure
- Flexibility to work shift patterns according to the needs of our residents
