4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with production sales and marketing teams to ensure engineering solutions meet market demands.

Qualifications:

1. A Masters Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
2. Over 14 years in the automotive industry with significant experience in vehicle design and development.
3. A track record of successfully leading engineering teams and launching vehicles.
4. Strong leadership analytical and project management skills.
