Job Description

Locations: Irvine CA and Corona CA

As a Family Law Attorney youll manage your own cases and assist on complex ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle family law cases from start to finish including court appearances. The firm covers custody visitation support protective orders divorce domestic violence and paternity cases.
  • Conduct legal research to develop cases.
  • Demonstrate strong research writing and analytical skills.
  • Attend depositions mediations and hearings.
  • Draft and review legal documents staying organized and managing your time effectively.
  • Communicate complex matters to clients clearly and compassionately.
  • Collaborate with outside attorneys clients and staff maintaining integrity and professionalism.
  • Track billable hours and ensure all client and case management tasks are completed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Law.
  • Family law experience is required.
  • Must be licensed in California.
  • CFLS or eligibility a plus.
