Job Description
Locations: Irvine CA and Corona CA
As a Family Law Attorney youll manage your own cases and assist on complex ones.
Responsibilities:
- Handle family law cases from start to finish including court appearances. The firm covers custody visitation support protective orders divorce domestic violence and paternity cases.
- Conduct legal research to develop cases.
- Demonstrate strong research writing and analytical skills.
- Attend depositions mediations and hearings.
- Draft and review legal documents staying organized and managing your time effectively.
- Communicate complex matters to clients clearly and compassionately.
- Collaborate with outside attorneys clients and staff maintaining integrity and professionalism.
- Track billable hours and ensure all client and case management tasks are completed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Law.
- Family law experience is required.
- Must be licensed in California.
- CFLS or eligibility a plus.
