Job Description
- Our Client seeks to appoint a Chief Estimator to join their esteemed estimating group at their Novi Michigan headquarters. This highprofile role offers excellent growth opportunities and involves working closely with Senior management team to develop comprehensive construction cost estimates for lump sum General Contracts and Design/Build projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record(10 years) in construction cost estimating preferably within the water and wastewater infrastructure sector.
- Strong computerbased estimating skills are required.
- Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and Primavera P6.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Must live in Metro Detroit (office is located in Novi MI) and they are required to be in the office daily.
- Experience leading a team of other estimators.
- Experience estimating both public and private projects.
