Job Description
- Once shipment confirmed then send e mail to transporter for shipment collection and driver details.
- Coordinate with shipper for documents, clearing agent details. If they don’t have clearing agent then share our existing clearing agent details for authorization
- Fill in EFS and share new customer details to ITC Team to create customer code
- Request to finance team for GL Mapping
- Create a booking and open a job
- Prepare advance amount and send request to finance team for approval
