Job Description
- Development Managers: Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and market analysis.
- Investment Analysts: Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment for real estate investment opportunities. Evaluate market trends, property performance, and investment returns. Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and investment memorandums.
- Marketing and Sales Executives: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and attract potential buyers or tenants. Create marketing materials, organize property tours, and negotiate sales or lease agreements. Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach target audiences.
