Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Driver Recruiter. The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for finding and recruiting qualified drivers verifying DOT regulations. Additionally the Driver Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in DOT regulations concerning driver qualification required

Proven track record of hiring topnotch drivers

Extensive experience in driver retention is highly desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on problemsolving
