Accountabilities
- Should be able to perform Spend Analysis and Prepare Baseline for Cost Saving
- To Perform Gap Analysis and suggest management to take action to fill the gap in work flow in order to have better performance / productivity than the existing process
- To conduct and perform market analysis about new suppliers entered in market supplier bankrupted statutory regulations change change in supply and demand flow current economy within industry and suggesting management to initiations with suggested areas for targets achievements
- To perform material analysis such as ABC and Lead Time Supplier Performance etc
- To understand about current /existed criterion about supplier selection and performance measuring then suggesting with appropriate improved metrics / criteria for the same after it has been analyzed
- In simple to support within function / company to enhance performance safely and securely from all the angles.
- Manage logistics pipeline between supplier and customer through manipulating and analyzing raw data from numerous sources
- Control logistics process and develop strategies to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Educate and consult with customers to increase service meet expectations and encourage developing markets through open communications and by developing trusting relationships
- Initiate lead and participate in crossfunctional crossbusiness initiatives
- Drive correcting inventory invoicing and shipment discrepancies
- It is the job responsibility of a supply chain analyst to observe the various supply chain operations and make necessary suggestions which might be in the favor of the companys success.
- Another major responsibility of a supply chain analyst is to check clinic inventories building relationship with colleagues building orders and also directing the logistics.
- A supply chain analyst is also majorly responsible for helping the company in enhancing the logistics and making sure that the customers receive supplies on time. They are required to take timely orders and make reports about the deliveries and receiving of payments.
- It is also the job responsibility of a supply chain analyst to keep the workplace organized and ensuring that all the activities take place smoothly and no confusions occur or errors made.
- He/she is also responsible for checking the inventory in a timely manner and making sure that the correct quantities of all the products are available to be delivered to the clients and customers.
