Job Description: Assistant Facility Manager (CoWorking Space)
Location: Bangalore India
Positions Available: 3
CTC: 700000 per annum

Position Overview

As an Assistant Facility Manager you will operate as the second lead to the Facility Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient facility operation of our coworking spaces. You will support the Facility Manager in managing all aspects of facility operations including building utilities safety protocols maintenance and client services. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the premium standards of our coworking spaces and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our clients.

Client Services:
Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure that all clientfacing areas are wellmaintained and meet the highest service standards.
Coordinate with the hospitality team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Vendor Management:
Liaise with external vendors manpower suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
Assist in managing contracts and relationships with vendors ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Safety and Compliance
Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations.
Assist in conducting regular safety audits and drills to maintain a secure work environment.
Support the implementation of safety and emergency response plans.
Identify areas for improvement in facility operations and work with the Facility Manager to implement new processes.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor s degree with specialized training in Facility Management Hospitality or General Management will be preferred
Must have 3 years of experience in Corporate Services administration facility management hospitality or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
