Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Braun Landscapes services pricing promotions and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
Lead Generation: Identify potential sales leads through chat interactions and escalate them to the sales team as appropriate.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Upselling: Promote additional services or upgrades to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as sales marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a live chat agent or in a customer service role.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with landscaping or similar industries is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and live chat platforms.
