Application Support Analyst

• Provide support for inhouse applications ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user concerns.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
• Prepare relevant and appropriate documentation including user manuals process flow diagrams and system specifications.
• Carry out user acceptance testing independently and with users.
• Function as a project manager when required coordinating tasks timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

• Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT application support and familiarity with SDLC.
• Other Requirements:
• Good knowledge of ERP Sales Order Finance and MRP applications.
• Handson experience and strong knowledge in Oracle database.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills; project management experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrates analytical and multitasking capabilities.
• Able to work independently be a good team player and communicate effectively at all levels.
