The role requires the incumbent to provide support for inhouse applications ensuring their smooth functionality and addressing user concerns.
The individual will also analyze business processes to recommend enhancements and optimizations prepare relevant documentation and carry out user acceptance testing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support for inhouse applications ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user concerns.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
- Prepare relevant and appropriate documentation including user manuals process flow diagrams and system specifications.
- Carry out user acceptance testing independently and with users.
- Function as a project manager when required coordinating tasks timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT application support and familiarity with SDLC.
- Other Requirements:
- Good knowledge of ERP Sales Order Finance and MRP applications.
- Handson experience and strong knowledge in Oracle database.
- Possesses good interpersonal skills; project management experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrates analytical and multitasking capabilities.
- Able to work independently be a good team player and communicate effectively at all levels.
