Junior Sourcer Junior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels including job boards social media platforms professional networks and databases to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to match candidates with open roles based on required skills and qualifications.
• Candidate Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through emails messages and phone calls to assess their interest and fit for open positions.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings by staying in touch with and nurturing relationships with prospective candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Data Management: Keep accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends talent availability and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 12 years of experience in sourcing recruiting or a related role.
• Technical Skills (nice to have): Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search techniques and other talent acquisition software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in handling candidate information and documentation.
• ProblemSolving: Proactive and resourceful in identifying potential challenges and finding solutions.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
