Job Description

Role Overview: A Field Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads meeting with potential clients and closing sales deals in the assigned territory. This role involves traveling to various locations understanding customer needs and presenting the companys products or services to prospective clients. The goal is to drive sales growth by expanding the customer base and building longterm relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into customers.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide aftersales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Gather feedback from clients and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  1. Product Presentation:
  • Present promote and sell products/services to potential clients.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospects.
  1. Territory Management:
  • Plan and execute daily sales activities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales and followups.
  1. Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities client meetings and sales performance.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions competition and customer needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in field sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • SelfMotivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • CustomerOriented: Strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • ProblemSolving: Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
