Job Description

Salary: $2024k/year
Our clients Company Overview:
Join our dynamic media organization operating within a niche market that serves a highly influential client. Our client is recognized as the leading international media source in the cruise industry trusted by cruise line executives worldwide. They publish the industrys toprated Quarterly Magazine Annual Report and manage a highly respected website along with a daily email newsletter and various digital reports. We are seeking a meticulous Sales Manager with significant B2B experience to join our team. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to contribute to our growth from anywhere in the world with a preference for candidates located in the US or Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure longterm engagement.
  • Drive business expansion by converting provided leads into loyal customers.
  • Pitch our clients products and services to prospective clients with customized strategies.
  • Manage and renew accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and engage relevant personnel across various companies.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients in different geographical locations.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a stable job history (minimum 2.5 years in a previous role).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.
  • Willingness to work some hours overlapping US EST time starting with a schedule of 7am to 3pm EST which will become more flexible over time.
  • Independent thinkers problem solvers and selfmotivated individuals are preferred.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and tailor sales approaches based on diverse client needs and budgets.

  • We prioritize customized strategic sales approaches over highvolume cold calling.
  • Our clientele is primarily based in the USA and Europe so candidates in these regions are preferred.
