Job Description
Overview
Key responsibilities
- Analyze operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage crossfunctional projects to drive operational excellence.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants on operational best practices.
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
- Assess existing workflows and recommend changes to enhance overall performance.
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs to track and measure performance.
- Participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior operational role preferably in a consulting capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Strategic planning and decisionmaking abilities to drive operational excellence.
- Proficiency in utilizing operational tools and software for data analysis and process optimization.
- Experience with change management and the ability to drive organizational change initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to operations and process management.
