Job Description

Overview

As a Senior Operations Consultant you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our organizations operational processes and systems. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and providing guidance to junior consultants. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact the overall performance and success of the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage crossfunctional projects to drive operational excellence.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants on operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assess existing workflows and recommend changes to enhance overall performance.
  • Develop and maintain operational KPIs to track and measure performance.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior operational role preferably in a consulting capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strategic planning and decisionmaking abilities to drive operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in utilizing operational tools and software for data analysis and process optimization.
  • Experience with change management and the ability to drive organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to operations and process management.
