Overview
The Inside Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers. They are responsible for identifying new sales opportunities following up on leads and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively articulate the value of our products or services to customers. The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls and emails to prospect and qualify leads.
- Understanding customer needs and offering solutions to meet those needs.
- Providing product information pricing and availability to customers.
- Utilizing CRM software to maintain customer records and track sales activities.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Following up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing efforts.
- Participating in sales meetings and product trainings to stay updated on company offerings.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to the development of sales strategies and tactics.

- Maintaining a deep understanding of company products and services.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts and orders.

Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
