The Kamberi Group is a group of companies with exceptional brands and specialized companies. We are looking for a F&B Manager (m / f / d) for the subsidiary Sevendays who will actively support us in the future. Please note that the advertised position is in an EU country.

Tasks

• Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high standards of quality hygiene and safety are maintained.
• Develop new recipes and menus in collaboration with the Head Chef based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels ensuring timely procurement of supplies while minimizing waste.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in menu planning and inventory management.
• Provide all certifications
