Remote - Appian Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing developing and testing Appian applications and solutions.
• Creating process models business rules forms and integration interfaces using Appian.
• Collaborating with business analysts to understand requirements and design Appian solutions.
• Implementing best practices for Appian development and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Conducting code reviews and performance optimization to enhance application performance.
• Developing Appian plugins and integrating with external databases and systems.
• Configuring Appian sites and managing user interfaces for seamless user experience.
• Supporting system integration and performing troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Documenting technical designs test cases and user guides for Appian applications.
• Providing technical guidance and mentoring junior members of the development team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing Appian applications and solutions.
• Expertise in SAIL Appian Records and Appian sites development.
• Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in designing complex process models and integrating thirdparty systems.
• Familiarity with Appian architecture and best practices for application design.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies and working in collaborative team environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Appian certification(s) such as Appian Designer or Appian Developer is a plus.
