Job Description
- Provide realtime interpretation services from English to Bengali and vice versa.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and chat interactions requiring interpretation.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring highquality service.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Fluency in both Bengali and English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in interpretation or translation preferred.
- Excellent listening comprehension and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with BPO operations and CRM software is an advantage.
