Key responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into a visually appealing and engaging video content for Youtube and Instagram.
• Collaborate with the content creators to understand their vision and editing requirements.
• Ensure that the video content meets the brand guidelines stylistic and technical standards.
• Add special effects music sound and visual effects to enhance the video content.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives in videos.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and implement them in our content.
• Manage and organize video files and assets efficiently for easy retrieval and future use.
• Optimize videos for various platforms and devices ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align video content with the overall brand strategy and marketing goals.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the video content quality and processes to optimize efficiency and creativity.
• Work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with the team to understand and address feedback and requirements.
• Assist in ideation and conceptualization of video content that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
• Contribute to the development of creative ideas and strategies for video content to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Film Production Communications Media Studies or a related field.
• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging video content for digital platforms.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
• Sound knowledge of video formats codecs resolution and aspect ratios for different platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and execute the creative vision effectively with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of storytelling pacing and visual aesthetics in video editing.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction and feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication skills to convey ideas discuss requirements and provide updates to the team.
• Knowledge of color grading audio editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Passion for video production and eagerness to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to bring innovative ideas to video content.
