Job Description
- Human Capital Management Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Workday Financial Management skills
- The incumbent will be trained on Oracle Cloud.
- Work with Functional experts and do the configuration development and implementation of the solutions to meet your clients needs.
- Will be designing enhancements interfaces reports.
- Perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing.
- Work with teams as well as an individual contributor
- Masters in business administration.
- Some functional experience in the respective field of HCM would be an advantage.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Solid written verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues.
- Prior Training in Workday Modules would be an added advantage
