Job Description

Job Title: Oracle HRMS TechnoFunctional Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS TechnoFunctional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 68 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HRMS applications with strong technical and functional skills. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions configure and customize the system and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Support:
  • Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR Payroll OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) OAB (Oracle Advanced Benefits) SSHR (SelfService HR) and iRecruitment.
  • Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful implementations and upgrades.
  • Provide postimplementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle HRMS applications.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  • Work with business users to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle HRMS functionalities.
  • Design and propose solutions to address business needs.

System Configuration & Customization:
  • Configure Oracle HRMS modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports interfaces and extensions (RICE components) using Oracle technologies such as PL/SQL Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports.
  • Create and modify Fast Formulas workflows and personalization.

Testing & Documentation:
  • Develop test plans and scripts for unit integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system configurations and customizations.
  • Document technical specifications configurations and user guides.

Training & Support:
  • Provide training and support to endusers on Oracle HRMS functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by endusers.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology Human Resources or a related field.

Experience:
  • 68 years of experience as an Oracle HRMS TechnoFunctional Consultant.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR Payroll OTL OAB SSHR iRecruitment).

Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS architecture and data models.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL Oracle Forms Oracle Reports XML Publisher and Oracle Workflow.
  • Experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) R12.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.

Functional Skills:
  • Indepth understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle HRMS certification.
  • Experience with cloudbased HRMS solutions.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud.

Notice Period: Immediate to max 30 days.
