Sr GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual aspects of marketing materials website designs and product packaging
• Use software to create digital illustrations typography and branding elements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print assets
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Understand target audience and create designs that resonate with them
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into designs
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval
• Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with external vendors for printing and production
• Contribute to the overall creative team by sharing knowledge and skills
• Attend design workshops and training sessions
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
• Solid understanding of typography color theory and layout design
• Experience with branding and visual communication principles
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with stakeholders
• Knowledge of digital and print production processes
• Uptodate with the latest design trends techniques and technologies
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and other design software
• Experience in digital illustration and creating original artwork
• Strong problemsolving skills and creative thinking
