Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in demolition and removal of existing structures
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Operate power and hand tools under supervision
• Support in framing drywall installation and finishing tasks
• Prepare and clean work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment
• Assist with material handling and inventory management
• Learn about and apply building codes and regulations
• Work collaboratively with the remodeling team
• Participate in onthejob training and educational programs
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
• Provide assistance in plumbing electrical and HVAC tasks
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Contribute to the completion of projects within set timelines
• Continuously develop technical and problemsolving skills

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
• Basic understanding of construction principles and practices
• Good physical stamina and handeye coordination
• Excellent work ethic and reliability
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Commitment to safety and consciousness of potential hazards
