Overview
The TeleSales position is crucial to our organization as it directly impacts our sales and revenue by acquiring new customers and upselling products or services to existing clients. Telesales representatives are our first point of contact with potential customers and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote products or services
- Initiate sales calls to prospective customers using a prepared script
- Understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and evaluate customer needs

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar salesoriented role
