Job Description

Overview


The Field Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the organization through direct customer engagement and relationshipbuilding. This role is essential in expanding the companys customer base and increasing market share in the designated area.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conducting market research to identify potential leads and evaluate customer needs
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Delivering presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Negotiating and closing sales agreements
  • Managing and updating customer database and sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Attending industry events and conferences to promote the companys products/services
  • Monitoring competitors activities and market trends
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts
  • Meeting regularly with the sales manager to provide updates on sales activities
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Adhering to sales targets and KPIs
  • Continuously learning about the companys products/services and industry trends
  • Travelling to different locations within the designated area to meet with clients

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and networking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Detailoriented with a resultdriven approach
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management practices
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Proactive and selfmotivated attitude
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed
