Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design various materials such as logos banners social media posts brochures and other marketing collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts graphics and layouts
• Use various design software to produce highquality visual content
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand
• Amend designs based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders
• Stay uptodate with industry developments and tools
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Produce drafts prototypes and engaging content for marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts graphics and layouts
• Coordinate with external agencies when required
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines design standards and legal requirements
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Provide creative input and design support for various projects

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Understanding of marketing production website design corporate identity product packaging advertisements and multimedia design
• Knowledge of design elements such as color and composition
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Uptodate with the latest graphic design trends techniques and software
• Keen eye for detail and a creative mindset
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
• Understanding of printing and digital publishing processes
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective requirements for graphic content
